Take a virtual on-ride tour with Resi and Sepp and enjoy with them a save trip with the most exciting carousels and roller coasters at the Oktoberfest. Just looking how fast those rides are, people feel sick. You can hardly imagine how it feels to ride 100kph, head over heels, one after another.
Maybe in real life you wouldnt dare to - here you can!
This is a real 360-degree Video - no simulation! Ride and enjoy with Resi the following adventures:
1. Although the Alpina Bahn is supposed to be a roller coaster ideal for kids, it is far from being boring. There are no loopings like in other rides, but this roller coaster has a maximum speed of up to 80 kilometres per hour.
2. Techno Power is one of the Orbiter rides with arms that tilt all the way up and down, which provides a very fast and disorienting ride that is sure to leave you dizzy after the ride ends.
3. Finally join Resi for a wonderful ride with the Riesenrad during sunset. The Ferris wheel is the most famous ride at the Oktoberfest. From the gondolas you have a great view across Oktoberfest and Munichs city center. During a nice day like today can even see the Alps. In contrast to the rapid rides at the Oktoberfest, the Ferris wheel turns quite slowly and offers a great opportunity to take nice pictures from above.
All the rides have been recorded as real authentic 360-degree videos. They are NOT computer generated rides like in many other apps.
Especially if I you cant make it to Munich, enjoy this Virtual Reality App to visit the famous Oktoberfest and take a thrill ride with the greatest fun rides in Munich.
With VR glasses and our App you can enjoy this breath taking ride, safely and comfortably.
You get the a real riding experience of the many attractions at the Oktoberfest Munich.
During the ride you can move your head into every direction and look around you, see the girls screaming while you are relaxing on a revolving chair also able to turn around 360 degrees. This is a lot of fun and would be virtually impossible during a real roller coaster ride.
You can take the ride as often as you want to - again and again, with no additional costs.
How to use the App:
Start the app and slip your iPhone into the VR headset (ie. Cardboard) and put it on your head. The App then uses the myriad of sensors already available on the iPhone to replicate your head movements, allowing you to look around the virtual environment.
Of course, being made from Cardboard, the Google Cardboard isn’t the most comfortable headset to wear, especially over long periods of time. It’s a good starting point for mobile VR users, but if you find yourself still wanting to use VR after the initial novelty has worn off, it may be worth investing in a slightly more expensive, but more comfortable option, like the ones we’ve listed below.

- ZEISS VR ONE
